Litigations and Arbitration

Main discipline of judicial practice. We completed advocate and legal counsellor apprenticeship in order to represent our clients in court.

 

We effectively defend the interests of our clients/employers before the labor courts. We can lead disputes on the borderline of Polish and foreign law, by analyzing European and international regulations. We know how to take advantage of the differences proceedings between common and arbitration court. We are not afraid to conduct bankruptcy or criminal proceedings. We repeatedly appeared before the administrative courts.

 

We have written many articles and comments on civil procedure to the judicial decisions of the Polish courts, which are available in one of the legal information systems. We are still learning and we discuss our experiences from the courtroom passionately.
